- 1. Do you test for lactose / gluten intolerance, celiac disease, or allergies?
No. myDNA does not offer testing for intolerance's or allergies.
- 2. Can I get my Medication report without nominating a medical professional?
No. We are unable release myDNA Medication reports directly to you due to Australian regulations. After your myDNA Accredited Pharmacist or Doctor has gone through your Medication report with you, please call us and you will have full access to your report and results online through your secure myDNA Explore portal.
- 1. I am getting an error when trying to register my swab and/or barcode
We are sorry to hear you are receiving an error when you try to register your swab. On the registration page, please try pressing the "Control key" and the" F5 key" together and this will clear the browser cache. Next please try to register your barcode once again.
If you still receive an error, please use the Contact Us form and provide the following details:
- Barcode Number
- First Name, Last Name
- Postal address
- Your date of birth
- Email address
- Name of the Store where you purchased your myDNA kit
