Sam Mostafa is the key consultant in writing the clinical interpretation reports for the myDNA pharmacogenomic (PGx) tests. He established the clinical interpretation of the multi-gene PGx tests. He is a regular guest university lecturer and educator to Specialist Physicians, General Practitioners and Pharmacists on the clinical application of PGx testing.

Iva Lemberiadis is a clinical pharmacist with over 17 years experience in the pharmacy industry. Her focus is to provide education on the clinical application of PGx and to support clinicians with myDNA test results.

Tara Smith

Professional Services Manager

Tara is a pharmacist who has worked in various community pharmacies and most recently part of the myDNA Clinical team. As part of her role, she provides education to doctors and other health professionals on how genetic testing can be incorporated into their practice, in addition to discussing the potential clinical implications of an individual’s genetic results.

Les Sheffield

Founder, Clinical Geneticist & Medical Director

Les Sheffield has been at the forefront of genetic research since the 1980s. As a Clinical Geneticist based at the Royal Women’s and Children’s Hospitals, he authored more than 100 scientific publications. A leader in his field, he founded myDNA in 2007 with the quest to eradicate guesswork of prescribing medication. He continues to drive the development of new services as Medical Director.
