Returns Policy

My DNA Life accepts returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a product that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or otherwise can be returned in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law please contact us at together with proof of damage and proof of purchase. My DNA Life will provide you with a replacement product.

In the event where a sample was not adequately collected, damaged upon arrival to the lab or forms were not filled in their entirety you will be resupplied with a new myDNA test kit for sample recollection.
