Returns Policy

My DNA Life accepts returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a product that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or otherwise can be returned in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law please contact us at [email protected] together with proof of damage and proof of purchase. My DNA Life will provide you with a replacement product.

In the event where a sample was not adequately collected, damaged upon arrival to the lab or forms were not filled in their entirety you will be resupplied with a new myDNA test kit for sample recollection.
