This month we are very excited to embark on a two-year innovative clinical trial partnering with The University of Sydney, Whiddon, Choice Aged Care and Arrotex Pharmaceuticals, where our myDNA pharmacogenomic testing service will be utilised to guide prescribing medications for 200 participating aged care residents.
This two-year study aims to evaluate the feasibility, impact and cost effectiveness of implementing a pharmacogenomic testing service for residents in the aged care setting. The fantastic team leading this study include Dr. Sophie Stocker, Prof Carl Kirkpatrick, Prof Zanfina Ademi and myDNA’s Clinical Director Dr. Sam Mostafa
